Consider requesting a quieter room away from the pub's entrance to enhance your relaxing stay.

Great vibe and friendly staff!
We had such a chill 1-night stay! The place is super cozy and the staff are all really nice. Met a bartender named Bailey who was great! Only thing was the food served on wood squares, plates would be way better. The breakfast was tasty and worth it, tho!

Gorgeous spot but needs better beds
Staying here was a mixed bag. The view from the beer garden? Absolutely stunning. But the bed situation was a nightmare. we ended up rolling into the gap between two singles! Service was super slow too, felt like I was back at school waiting for the lunch bell. Breakfast was okay, I liked the toast but the coffee was extra. Not cool.

Charming Stay with Delicious Meals
I had a lovely overnight stay, where the spacious Standard Double Room provided a comfortable refuge. The highlight was definitely the excellent meals. the traditional English breakfast was made with local ingredients and was generously portioned. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One downside was the need for some refurbishment in the bathroom.

We had a great time! The room was lovely, underscored by that scrumptious sea trout dinner. The cozy vibe made us feel right at home. The warm underfloor heating was a treat on a chilly night!
The bathroom situation felt like a game of hide and seek—where's the bathroom? And, darling, I can't call a breakfast complete without a proper sausage link!
